1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ibayar99 ("Platform", "we"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the ibayar99.org website and all services provided on it.

By clicking the "Register" or "Log In" button, or by using any part of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by this Agreement.

2. Account Registration

To make full use of ibayar99 services, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must:

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account. Holding or using more than one account is a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of any remaining funds.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date. ibayar99 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as a copy of your MyKad or bank statement.

3. User Eligibility

ibayar99 services are restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not listed on the self-exclusion register of any responsible gambling programme
• Using the platform personally and not on behalf of any third party
• Understand that gambling carries financial risk

4. Deposits and Payments

ibayar99 supports a range of deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All deposits are processed securely through an encrypted payment infrastructure.

5. Withdrawals

ibayar99 users are entitled to withdraw funds from their account subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM50
• The withdrawal processing period is between 15 minutes and 2 hours
• Withdrawals may only be made to the account or payment method registered in the same user's name
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before a bonus or bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn
• ibayar99 reserves the right to carry out a compliance review before approving a withdrawal

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome bonus: ibayar99 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value.

Wagering calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering RM100 × 25 = RM2,500 before withdrawal
• Deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM500 → balance RM1,700 → wagering RM500 × 25 = RM12,500 before withdrawal

The ibayar99 VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.5%) and Gold (weekly cashback up to 0.8%). Tier upgrades are based on ongoing gameplay activity.

7. User Conduct

ibayar99 users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games or carry out transactions
• Colluding with other players to exploit the bonus system or games
• Conducting money laundering or using funds obtained illegally
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account
• Disrupting the technical operation of the platform by any means
• Posting or sharing inappropriate, offensive or defamatory content in any platform communication channel

A breach of any of the above may result in disciplinary action ranging from a warning to temporary suspension or permanent account closure, depending on the severity of the breach.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ibayar99 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software, is the property of ibayar99 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of ibayar99 content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

The trade name "ibayar99", its logo and all related service marks are the exclusive property of ibayar99. Unauthorised use constitutes a violation of the law.

9. Limitation of Liability

ibayar99 provides its platform "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. ibayar99 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, or be free from errors or viruses.

To the extent permitted by law, ibayar99 shall not be liable for:

• Technical disruptions or system maintenance that affect access
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses under any circumstances
• Actions or failures by third-party payment providers
• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorised use of your account

10. Account Closure and Suspension

ibayar99 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time with or without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Legal compliance requirements or regulatory authority demands
• Fraudulent or suspected fraudulent activity related to the account
• Account inactivity over an extended period

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction under which ibayar99 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable international arbitration rules.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

ibayar99's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
